2. Data we collect

Through the quote request and the contact form, we may process:

identification and contact data: name, email, phone;
works data: type of work, service, district, locality and description;
files you send us (photographs or PDF), when attached;
minimum technical data of the submission (date, IP address and, if applicable, request identifier), for security and abuse prevention.

We do not ask for special-category data (health, ethnic origin, political opinions, etc.). Do not use free-text fields to include that data.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Reply to quote and information requests — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps at your request).
Manage follow-up of the works on the MeuBiscatePro platform — the same basis, when the request proceeds to a proposal or contract.
Comply with legal obligations (invoicing, complaints book, tax time limits) — Article 6(1)(c).
Site security and spam prevention — Article 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest).

We do not use the data for electronic marketing without prior consent. If we do so in future, we will ask for separate consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Article 13 of Portuguese Law 41/2004).

4. Sharing with MeuBiscatePro

Quote requests and contact messages are sent to the MeuBiscatePro platform, used by the group to classify, follow and quote each job. MeuBiscatePro processes this data on behalf of Europa Construções, as a processor, only for the purposes described in this policy.

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with strictly necessary providers (site hosting, institutional email) and with authorities when the law requires it.

5. Transfers

The site is hosted in the European Union. We aim for processing to take place in the EEA. If a processor treats data outside the EEA, we will require the safeguards of Chapter V GDPR (adequacy decision or standard clauses).

6. Retention periods

requests that do not lead to a contract: up to 24 months after the last contact, unless you object;
proposals and contracts: for the legal accounting and civil-liability retention periods;
security logs (IP, date): up to 12 months.

7. Your rights

Under Articles 15 to 22 GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and withdraw consent when that is the legal basis. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (CNPD), at www.cnpd.pt.

We will reply within one month, extendable under Article 12 GDPR.

8. Security

The site uses HTTPS. Form submissions go through a service on this domain, without exposing integration keys in the browser. Attachments are limited in number, size and type.

9. Minors

The services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
