1. Identification

2. Purpose

The site presents the company’s activity (roofs and coverings, facades and waterproofing) and allows you to request a quote or send a message. It is not an online shop and does not conclude works contracts by itself.

3. Quote requests

• Sending the form is a request for information and assessment, not an order.
• The request is recorded on our works-management platform for review and follow-up.
• A visit or measurements may be needed before any proposal.
• A contract exists only when a written proposal is accepted on the terms stated in it.
• Photographs and descriptions help the diagnosis, but they do not replace an on-site assessment.

4. Content

Texts, photographs, videos, technical drawings and marks on this site belong to Europa Construções or to their respective owners. Reproduction for commercial purposes without permission is forbidden. Images are of real works by the team, unless otherwise stated.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to provide true information, not to send unlawful content or malicious files, and not to use the site for spam or unauthorised access attempts.

6. Limitation

We strive to keep the information up to date. Technical descriptions are informative and may vary from job to job. We are not responsible for temporary unavailability of the site or for decisions taken solely on general content, without an assessment of your building.

7. Complaints

8. Law and jurisdiction

Portuguese law applies. In a consumer dispute, the consumer may use the competent alternative dispute-resolution body. Without prejudice to mandatory venues, the parties agree the courts of Lisbon.
